Transformer Soldering Iron 100W
The TOYA 79350 transformer soldering iron boasts high power and a standard design, equipped with a spotlight to illuminate the work area.
With a power rating of 100W, this soldering iron can heat the tip from room temperature to approximately 350°C in just 20 to 25 seconds.

Care Instructions
The soldering iron tip of the TOYA 79350 is coated with a material that helps reduce oxidation. Excessive overheating and mechanical damage can quickly wear down this protective layer, leading to oxidation and difficulties in soldering. Instead of melting and bonding with the tip, the solder may simply flake off. A reliable method to maintain the tip is to apply solder to it. When initially heating the soldering iron, apply a small amount of solder to the tip and remove any excess, possibly with brass shavings. This creates a protective layer against oxidation. It is considered good practice to tin the tip after each use.
Note!
Transformer soldering irons, like the TOYA 79350, are compact thanks to their intermittent mode transformer technology. To ensure optimal performance, adhere to the following usage guidelines:
Occasionally exceeding the soldering duration will not significantly harm the soldering iron, especially if the device is allowed to cool. Overheating can diminish efficiency and the soldering tip's ability to attain the necessary temperature. Additionally, overheating increases the risk of damage. A standard transformer designed for continuous use at this power level would weigh several kilograms and would look like a small welder rather than a handy soldering iron.
