Technical specification:

Material Steel
Pipe diameter, mm 25
Handle Polypropylene

Description:

The YATO YT-22377 Metal Reamer Calibrator is an essential tool for working with PEX-AL-PEX and PERT-AL-PERT pipes. This calibrator ensures that the pipes retain a perfectly round cross-section, preventing leaks when fittings are installed.

Designed for pipes with diameters:

  • Ø25-26mm

When cutting these pipes, their profile may become flattened, leading to potential leaks and expensive repairs when fittings are applied.

Calibration Functionality

The YATO calibrator also serves as an internal and external deburrer. Each size of the calibrator features specialized inner and outer blades on both sides. This innovative design enables the simultaneous calibration of the pipes, providing a flawless round cross-section for a secure, leak-free connection. Additionally, the edges are deburred to ensure that the pipe is pressed evenly to the end of the fitting.

  • Series: GRD
  • Pipe external diameter: 25 mm, 26 mm
  • Deburrer: Yes
  • Blade material: Steel 65Mn
  • Handle material: PP
  • Application: PE-RT/Al/PE-RT pipes, PEX-Al-PEX pipes
