Protective eyewear YT-73703 from YATO features gray lenses that are set in frames designed for enhanced comfort. The gray tint helps in reducing the brightness of light depending on the level of darkening, offering sun glare protection. The lenses are treated with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, where the former prevents fogging and the latter protects against excessive scratching. These glasses provide a high optical class that does not distort the image while also safeguarding against harmful UV radiation. The frames include a removable EVA foam padding, which minimizes contact with hard elements around the eyes. Weighing only 31 grams, the soft and flexible design with non-slip temple ends makes the glasses virtually unnoticeable when worn.
The glasses have a mechanical strength certification at level F, meaning they can withstand the impact of a steel particle with a diameter of 6mm, a weight of 0.86g, and speed of 45m/s. They meet the requirements of EN 166.
*The non-certified coatings in YT-73703 provide nearly the same quality of performance as those marked N and K but may degrade faster over time and could lose effectiveness after one or two seasons with improper storage.
