This milling drill bit is crafted from high-quality HSS 4241 high-speed steel and coated with titanium nitride. It is designed for professional and industrial applications. The HSS steel allows for significantly faster drilling in stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and structural steel.
The cross-blade 'Split Point' design with a 118° point angle allows you to drill without prior scoring, even with larger diameters, ensuring perfect centering. This feature enables drilling in any direction and at any angle, making it ideal for applications such as drilling holes for door locks. The ground surface provides excellent drilling precision.
Constructed from a single piece of steel, this drill bit is very strong and durable. The hard coating of 58–62 HRC, combined with the titanium nitride coating, offers outstanding resistance to wear and maintains drill geometry.
