The TOYA solder SN60PB40 0.7MM 100G is a high-quality soldering wire designed for soft soldering applications in the electronics industry. It features a leaded binder and is made from a blend of 60% tin and 40% lead, providing excellent flow and thermal conductivity to ensure reliable connections during soldering tasks.
The solder is produced using a continuous casting process that minimizes the formation of oxides, ensuring optimal quality. With a diameter of 0.7 mm and a weight of 100 g, this solder has a melting point ranging from 183°C to 190°C. The SW26 flux used in this soldering wire is based on rosin and includes an organic halogen activator, which remains in the rosin after soldering to prevent corrosion and facilitate melting.
Please note: This solder binder is not suitable for use in equipment not covered by the exemptions from the restrictions contained in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended.
