The TOYA SOLDER SN60PB40 is a 1.5 mm soldering wire that weighs 250 g, specifically designed for soft soldering applications in the electronics industry. This high-quality solder contains a tin content of 59.5% to 60.5% and has a melting point ranging from 183°C to 190°C, making it ideal for various electronic device and component manufacturing.
The solder flux binder is produced through a continuous casting process that eliminates air exposure, preventing oxidation. The SW26 flux, made from rosin and an organic halogen activator, remains 'tethered' in the rosin after soldering to avoid corrosion while enhancing the melting process and improving the flow of the solder.
Please note: This binder must not be used in equipment that does not comply with the exemptions from the restrictions outlined in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and Council regarding the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
