The TOYA Solder SN60PB40 (model code: 76819) is a high-quality solder flux binder designed for soft soldering in the electronics industry. With a diameter of 2.0 mm and a weight of 250 g, this solder wire contains 59.5% to 60.5% tin, providing excellent performance without the formation of oxides, thanks to its manufacturing process that includes continuous casting and extrusion. The melting point ranges between 183°C to 190°C, making it suitable for a variety of electronic applications.
The SW26 flux in the solder is based on rosin and an organic halogen activator, effectively minimizing corrosion by not coming into direct contact with the solder after soldering. This feature not only enhances the fluidity of the solder but also facilitates melting. This solder binder is primarily used for manufacturing standard electronic devices and components in the electrical engineering field.
Please note: The binder must not be used in equipment that does not fall under the exemptions from the restrictions mentioned in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the restriction of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS).
