The TOYA SOLDER SN60PB40 2.5MM 100G is a high-quality soldering wire designed for soft soldering applications, primarily in the electronics industry.
This solder flux binder is produced by the initial melting of tin and lead in compliance with PN EN 29453:2000, using a continuous casting process without air, followed by extrusion to eliminate the formation of oxides. The wire has a diameter of 2.5 mm and weighs 100 g, with a tin content ranging from 59.5% to 60.5% and a melting temperature between 183°C and 190°C. The SW26 flux is made from rosin and an organic halogen activator, which is integrated into the rosin after soldering, preventing direct contact with the solder to avoid corrosion while facilitating melting and enhancing the fluidity of the solder.
This solder is mainly used in the production of standard electronic devices and components within the electrical engineering field.
Please note: This binder cannot be used in equipment not covered by exemptions outlined in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and Council regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended.
