The TOYA Soft Solder 2mm 250g is a high-quality soldering wire ideal for joining copper and brass pipes in both hot and cold water installations, as well as in central heating systems. This solder features a melting point between 220 °C and 310 °C, making it suitable for a variety of soldering applications.
This solder, known by its binder code S-SN97CU3 (L-SN97CU3) according to DIN EN29453, consists of a zinc alloy with a 3% addition of copper. It is commonly used for soldering soft pipes and fittings. For optimal results in soft soldering, the use of pastes and fluxes is recommended.
