Impregnating agent Softshell Proof Wash-In, 300ml, 5020716451007 NIKWAX

NIKWAX "SoftShell Proof" waterproofing treatment adds durable water repellency (hydrophobic properties) and restores breathability. Easy-to-use, water-based product for restoring and enhancing the water resistance (impregnation) of soft-shell garments. Recommended for Windstopper®, Windbloc®, Schoeller®, and Polartec® fabrics. For best results, wash the garments first with Nikwax® Tech Wash® in a separate cycle. Do not dry garments before waterproofing. Shake well before use. Follow the care instructions on the garment label.

Machine washing:

• Remove all detergent residues from the detergent drawer.
• Place no more than 2 clean garments in the washing machine.
• Add 2 full caps (100 ml) per garment.
• Wash on a synthetic cycle at 40 °C with low spin speed.

Hand washing (use gloves):

• Soak clean garments in warm water.
• Add 2 full caps (100 ml) per garment.
• Stir and leave to soak for 5–10 minutes, then stir again thoroughly.
• Rinse with cold water until the water runs clear.

Drying:
Dry according to the care label instructions. To maintain the garment’s water repellency, use only Nikwax® Tech Wash® for cleaning. Do not use other detergents.
