The Ballarini Murano frying pan with a diameter of Ø24cm is perfect for all types of heat sources, including induction. Crafted from aluminum, it heats quickly and evenly while being free from PFOA, nickel, and heavy metals.

The pan features a special five-layer nonstick coating that is reinforced with mineral particles, ensuring perfect cooking results. The innovative Radiant induction base designed by Ballarini guarantees efficient heat distribution.

The Thermopoint system indicates when the pan is ready for cooking: red (hot) means ready to use, while dark green (cool) indicates it is safe to touch and wash.

Before using for the first time, rinse and dry the pan thoroughly. Then, apply oil or fat to the nonstick surface to make it optimal for use.

Food residue can be easily cleaned with a regular sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metallic items to maintain the surface integrity.

It is recommended to cook on low flame. If cooking on high flame is necessary, gradually heat the pan to the desired temperature. Use wooden or specially designed plastic spatulas; cutting food directly on the pan is not recommended. The pan is dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle at a low temperature of 50°.
