About YATO

YATO is a professional tool brand trusted by tilers, builders, and interior fit-out crews. Its solutions focus on robust construction, ergonomics, and safe, precise performance under daily workloads.

Brief description

The YATO YT-821597 table wet tile saw is a water-cooled cutter with a guide rail and laser pointer, designed for diamond-blade cutting of ceramic materials: tiles, glazed tiles, porcelain stoneware, and terracotta. A rigid work table with an additional extension top lets you handle large-format pieces up to 1200 × 600 mm. The laser-defined cut line and longitudinal guide rail deliver accurate results without pre-scribing, while 0–45° angle adjustment simplifies mitres and trim cuts.

Key features

  • Accurate cutting without scribinglaser line + guide rail for straight and bevel cuts.

  • Clean diamond cutting — up to 2990 rpm, burr-free, straight and at 45°.

  • Full adjustability — variable length, depth, and angle; the saw head also moves on the vertical axis.

  • Wet operationwater pump and hose included for blade cooling and dust suppression.

  • Safety & controlblade guard and residual-current device (RCD).

  • Site mobility4 folding legs with locking knobs, large wheels, and transport handle.

  • Duralumin table top — stiff, lightweight, corrosion-resistant; extra table top enlarges the support area.

  • Max cutting length 1250 mm; depth 50 mm (90°) / 37 mm (45°).

Usage warnings

  • ⚠️ Laser (Class 2, 655 nm, ≤1 mW): do not stare into the beam; avoid eye exposure.

  • Check RCD and main switch before operation.

  • Wear PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves; use non-slip footwear.

  • For wet cutting, ensure adequate water flow to prevent blade overheating and dust.

  • Disconnect from mains before maintenance or blade changes.

Usage tips

  1. Set cut length and guide, switch on the laser and verify line alignment.

  2. Fill/prime the pump or connect water, confirm steady flow onto the blade.

  3. Support the tile securely on the table and extension; apply gentle feed — let the blade cut.

  4. Bevels (0–45°): set head/table angle and make a test cut on offcuts.

  5. After work, rinse table and blade, power off, dry components, and fold legs for transport.
