The BROWIN dragON Jet 2 smoke generator with a dragON Air electric pump is designed for enthusiasts who wish to create delicious, aromatic smoked meat, fish, or cheese at home without compromising on quality or health by avoiding unnecessary chemical additives. This innovative smoke generator allows for both cold and warm/hot smoking, thus providing a stylish and effective method for achieving professional-grade smoked products.

The generator can be mounted on smokers of any size, with tests performed on a smoker with a capacity of 300 L.

Universal smoke generator made of stainless steel: This rugged and weatherproof generator can be easily attached to steel, wood, or brick smokers.

Made in Poland, this smoke generator can be mounted on either side of the smoker as required.

It is equipped with a 5 W electric pump that provides a capacity of 2x3.5 L/min.

The thoughtful, patented design combines a compact form with high efficiency and low wood chip consumption, allowing the user to adjust smoke output according to individual needs and smoker capacity. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it is suitable for use in various weather conditions. The cylinder features a wooden lid that ensures proper smoke circulation and protects chips during burning. The long 4 m hose can be cut to connect the pump to the nozzle as needed.

Filling the generator allows for a continuous smoke supply for approximately 3-5 hours, without needing frequent wood chip refills. While wood chips of various sizes can be utilized, chips fragmented to 8-12 mm pieces are recommended for optimal smoke quality.

Innovative nozzle design: Shorter than typical models, it features bevels that improve smoke release while preventing clogging with wood chips. The nozzle is angled for optimal smoke flow, passing through part of the burning chamber for ideal aspiration.

The use of the ash pan: Enhances both efficiency and convenience, allowing for continuous operation without needing breaks for ash removal. The design also regulates air supply via side openings, preventing excessive burning of the chips.

High-performance pump placement: Its positioning allows vibrations to enhance chip flow during burning for increased smoking efficiency, with precise smoke output adjustments to avoid overly acidic products.

The generator’s design allows for easy installation and cleaning without tools or unscrewing from the smoker. Openings at the cylinder's base enable easy ignition and proper oxygen access.

Adjust the ash pan placement to control air access by covering inspection openings, effectively managing wood chip burning.

Browin offers wood chips suitable for various products, ideal for smoking meat, fish, or cheese.

Please note! Only dry wood chips should be used (maximum moisture content of 11%). Wet chips may disrupt or hinder the operation of the smoke generator.

Before using the smoke generator, please read the included user manual. Additional connection and usage instructions for the dragON Air pump are provided in a separate packaging.

Cleaning: Clean the generator after each use to ensure it's ready for the next session, especially internally, to maintain proper smoke flow. Avoid sharp tools that may damage the device components.

Tip - which smoking method to choose?

Smoking methods:

  • Cold smoking
  • Warm/hot smoking
  • Smoking with roasting (typical for BBQ)

Cold smoking: Typically occurs at temperatures up to 25°C and can last from several hours to 14 days. Smoke density depends on requirements, generally flowing at 6 - 15 m/min. This method is favored for long-term storage or aging products, as smoke penetrates deeply and preserves them gradually, ensuring uniform drying and excellent results for maturing.

Warm/hot smoking: Involves using smoke at temperatures above 25°C. Warm smoking occurs up to around 45°C, while hot smoking is up to 60°C. Hot smoking can reach 80-90°C for roasting within the smoking chamber.

Smoking with roasting: This method permits disconnecting the smoke generator and processing products purely through temperature.

Regardless of the smoking method chosen, proper preparation of the products and thorough drying before smoking are crucial for quality and to prevent excessive acidity.
