Description:

Discover the Klarowin fining agent for white and rose wines by BROWIN, a highly effective solution designed to clarify your homemade wines and juices.

  • For wine and juice fining - contains bentonite, known for its strong adsorptive properties.
  • Perfect for white and rose wine - forms a sediment that is easily filtered out.
  • Efficient - a 10 g package is sufficient for fining up to 10 L of wine or juice.
  • Easy to use - simply mix Klarowin with 100 mL of water, let it sit for a day, and add it to your wine or juice.
  • Visible results in a week - initial effects can be observed after about 7 days, with sediment forming at the bottom.

Do you want to enjoy clarified fruit wine or juice? Use Klarowin, an effective fining agent specifically intended for white and rose wines. A single 10 g package is enough for 10 L of liquid and contains bentonite, which, once it swells in water, showcases strong adsorptive properties. It effectively binds various positively charged substances, mainly proteins and metal ions, leading to effective sedimentation. The sediment is fragile and easy to filter out.

Note! This agent should only be used after the fermentation process is complete; otherwise, the fining will not work correctly.

Homemade wine can sometimes appear unclear, necessitating fining. However, it’s important to identify whether cloudiness is due to positively charged molecules (like proteins) or negatively charged ones (such as polyphenols). Before applying a specific fining agent, it is advisable to conduct a small test using about 1 L of wine to select the appropriate one. The fining process generally takes about a week, and care should be taken not to exceed the recommended dosage, as excess can lead to secondary cloudiness or color changes.

How to use: Dissolve the appropriate amount of Klarowin in 100 mL of water and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for a day, stirring occasionally. Then, add the solution to the wine or juice. The effects should be noticeable after about a week, with sediment settling at the bottom.
