How to use:
Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter thick layer of wood chips around the glowing charcoal without placing them directly on the charcoal, as they will burn immediately. To maximize their efficiency, moisten the chips slightly with water to release more smoke. Cover the grill immediately after placing the food on the grating. Grilling time varies from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the type and size of the meat.
Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the wood chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker's designated area or around the glowing wood.
