Usage instructions:

Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal without placing them directly on the hearth, as they will burn immediately. To maximize use, slightly moisten them with water, enhancing smoke production. Cover the grill with a lid right after placing the dishes on the grate. Grilling time varies from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the meat size and type.

Smoking: Depending on your smoker type, place the chips accordingly—whether in the designated area, in a smoke generator, or around glowing wood.

These chips are ideal for use in a smoke generator, ensuring top-quality smoke effects—products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.

Note: The operation of the smoker and grill should only be handled by adults, following fire safety protocols and ensuring familiarity with the operating instructions and chip usage recommendations.
