Usage Instructions:

Grilling: Arrange a two-centimeter layer of chips around the glowing charcoal - do not place them directly on the fire, as they will immediately burn. To use the chips most economically, you can lightly wet them with water, which helps produce more smoke. Cover the grill immediately after placing the food on the grate. The grilling time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat being prepared).

Smoking: Depending on the type of smoker you have, place the chips in the smoke generator or in the smoker in the designated area, or possibly in the firebox - around the glowing wood.

Smoking with a smoke generator provides the most professional results, ensuring products with excellent taste, aroma, and color.

Note: Only adults should operate the smoker and grill, following fire safety rules and familiarizing themselves with the equipment's manual as well as the recommendations for using the chips. Exercise caution when lighting and adding chips during the operation of the grill or smoker and smoke generator to avoid potential burns. Ensure that children and pets do not have access to heated equipment.

Chips should be stored in a dry, cool place.
