This fermentation container has a PZH certification, allowing contact with food products. Made from transparent plastic, it enables observation of the fermentation progress without the need to open the lid. The product is constructed from polypropylene and is free of BPA.

Now, the extended kit includes the container with two fermentation stoppers and three non-breaking tubes: the vertical MAXI, lateral tube, and horizontal tube.

With this practical, complete set, you can easily prepare your favorite homemade beverages and, if needed, pickles too. The 30 L container is made from transparent food-safe plastic, allowing you to observe fermentation progress without opening the lid. The container is characterized by high durability, adequate flexibility, and resistance to discoloration that can arise from contact with tannins from fruits.

The tube allows for controlled release of carbon dioxide (CO2) during fermentation, effectively preventing your mixture from exposure to oxygen as well as unwanted fruit flies, other insects, and bacteria.

Drilling an additional hole will enable you to install an angled tube and, for instance, conduct fermentation simultaneously in several containers stacked on top of each other.

Note: If you have limited control over the water level in the tube, you can fill it with a less volatile oily liquid.

Container usage:

To make opening the container easier, tilt the lid gently while pulling on the handle, slide a teaspoon handle into the gap that appears, and then run it around the edge of the container. It is not recommended to clean the containers with abrasive sponges to avoid scratching their surface, which could lead to contamination.

NOTE: You can further seal the container by lubricating the edges with petroleum jelly or cooking oil. Before preparing the mixture, the fermentation container should be sanitized thoroughly using potassium metabisulfite.

Maximum allowable input temperature: 85°C

The container's temperature before filling should be: minimum 5°C

Maximum alcohol concentration in the input: 50%

Storage protected from UV radiation

To prevent damage caused by UV radiation, empty or filled containers should not be stored outdoors. If this is not possible due to storage conditions, containers and lids should be stored in a way that protects them from UV radiation. This can be achieved, for example, by covering pallets of containers and lids with UV-resistant plastic tarps.

Storage of empty containers

Due to their sensitivity to weather conditions, containers and lids should be stored in a dry location with a constant temperature. This not only protects against moisture but also effectively prevents water condensation, which can damage especially containers with offset printing, IML application, or digital printing. Moreover, despite using an anti-static agent, dust or dirt contamination cannot be ruled out, so it is essential to ensure storage in a clean environment.
