The Zamberlan Salathé Trek GTX RR shoes are designed for hiking, trekking, approach, and via ferrata routes. These shoes are inspired by Zamberlan's iconic Salathé GTX RR Approach low shoes, enhanced with the Swedish RECCO® rescue and safety system. Thanks to the RECCO system, in the event of an accident or if the wearer is lost, rescue services can quickly locate the wearer with the appropriate detector.
Despite their lightweight design, these shoes offer stability, precision, and excellent ankle support. The lacing system extends to the toe, allowing for a perfect fit. The Gore-Tex membrane and Hydrobloc® water-repellent treatment ensure your feet remain dry. The rugged PU rubber rand protects the material from scratches and wear. Furthermore, the Vibram® Pepe sole with MEGAGRIP provides outstanding traction on various surfaces, while the EVA midsole delivers cushioning and stability.
