The TOYA SOLDER IN VIAL 16G (model code: 76830) is a high-quality soldering binder designed for the electronics industry.
This soldering binder contains a flux produced in the initial melting of tin and lead according to the PN EN 29453: 2000 standard. It is created through a continuous casting process that prevents air access, ensuring the elimination of oxides. With a binder thickness of 0.5 mm and a weight of 100 g, this product has a tin content ranging from 59.5% to 60.5% and a melting temperature between 183 °C and 190 °C.
The SW26 flux is based on colophony and an organic halogen activator, which gets 'tied' in colophony after soldering. This ensures no direct contact with the solder, preventing corrosion, while also facilitating melting and enhancing the fluidity of the solder.
