The miter saw allows for two types of angles:

• Longitudinal cutting angle: the head can rotate within +/- 45 degrees. It has a ratchet scale for easy setup of common angles (0; 15; 22.5; 31.6; 45 degrees)
• Cross-cutting angle (bevel): the cutting head can tilt up to 45 degrees. You can use the scale marked on the base for angle setting

The saw features a laser pointer to indicate the cutting line on the material mounted to the table, activated by an independent switch.
