The TOYA SOLDER SN60PB40 0.7MM 250G is a high-quality solder flux binder ideal for soft soldering applications in the electronics industry. This solder features a diameter of 0.7 mm and is available in a 250 g spool.
This solder flux binder is produced through the first melting process of tin and lead, adhering to PN EN 29453:2000 standards. It undergoes continuous casting without air, followed by extrusion, which effectively eliminates the formation of oxides. The solder has a tin content ranging from 59.5% to 60.5% and a melting temperature between 183°C and 190°C. The SW26 flux, based on rosin with an organic halogen activator, becomes 'tethered' to the rosin post-soldering. This allows it to avoid direct contact with the solder, preventing corrosion and enhancing both melting and fluidity.
The TOYA SOLDER SN60PB40 is primarily designed for the electronics industry, facilitating the production of standard electronic devices and components, as well as applications in electrical engineering.
Important: This binder cannot be used in equipment that does not meet the exemptions specified in Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended.
