Cubitron is unique due to its sol-gel mineral composition, which sharpens as it wears thanks to its distinctive double microstructure. When the abrasive element of Cubitron breaks down, the exposed surface interacts with microstructures, allowing it to shift direction. As micrograins detach, new sharp cutting edges are revealed. This results in high cutting speeds, extended service life, and consistently impressive results.
