The VOREL hydraulic spreader, model 80412, is designed for workshop use, particularly for assembly and bodywork tasks that require significant static forces. This versatile tool is capable of lifting, stretching, spreading, bending, straightening, and pulling out various components.

Weighing in at 35.4 kg, the hydraulic spreader operates at a working pressure of 620 bar and has a maximum load capacity of 10 tons. The piston stroke measures 150 mm, and the connector thread size is 13/16-20 UNEF.

Installation and operation of the hydraulic system is straightforward:

• Connect the pump hose to the cylinder connector and ensure the screw cap is tightly fastened.
• Close the drain valve by turning it in the direction consistent with the movement of the clock hands.
• Operate the pump lever to create pressure; the actuator will begin to work after a few movements.
• To release pressure, turn the valve counterclockwise.
• Opening the drain valve will allow the actuator to return to its resting position automatically.
• Avoid disassembling the hydraulic system under pressure.
• The pump can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions, but if used vertically, the end of the hose must always point downwards.

To check the oil level:

• Set the pump vertically with the hose directed downwards.
• Open the drain valve and unscrew the vent valve to access the oil level indicator.
• Ensure the oil covers the flat surface of the indicator; if necessary, add hydraulic oil.

It is factory-filled with hydraulic oil and is recommended to use only L-HL-46 hydraulic oil for optimal performance.

The set includes a hydraulic pump, actuator, four extension pipes, spreading jaws, round cap, flat cap, actuator hook, piston hook, crevice attachment, V-type cap, rubber cap, and a male connector.
